Free initial inspection is separate from paid fault diagnosis, refrigerant work, programming or battery testing. Any additional charge is agreed before that work starts.

How much does XPeng repair cost in Dubai?
The work and compatible parts determine the total. General fitted planning budgets include standard brake pads at AED 265–850 per axle and steel discs with pads at AED 840–2,100 per axle, including 5% VAT. These are general workshop budgets, not fixed XPeng prices. Air suspension, AC compressors, charging components and traction-battery work require a vehicle-specific quotation.
What is included in an XPeng service?
The agreed inspection can cover brakes, tyres, steering, suspension, lights, wipers, cabin filtration and accessible fluid or leak checks. Replacements follow the exact vehicle’s schedule and condition. Diagnostic testing, refrigerant, replacement parts and specialist battery tests are separate unless itemised in the quote.
How often should an XPeng be serviced?
XPeng’s UAE service guidance specifies every 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. Follow the booklet supplied with your particular model and market version for the maintenance items. A warning, brake problem or damaged tyre needs attention before the next scheduled visit.
Do you repair high-voltage batteries or install factory software?
Ask us about the exact model and fault before booking specialist electrical work. Traction-pack opening or rebuilding, restricted factory programming, regional software conversion and manufacturer warranty repairs are not included in a routine inspection. XPeng’s authorised network is the appropriate contact for factory campaigns and restricted access.
Can you work on a privately imported P7?
We accept enquiries for older P7 and other imported XPeng vehicles. Send the model year and symptom; a VIN or charging-port photo can help with compatibility. We confirm parts and diagnostic access before accepting the job. An imported P7 is not assumed to share P7+ hardware or UAE account support.
How long will the repair take?
An estimated completion time follows the inspection, agreed work and parts check. Routine wear-item repairs and charging investigations need different time allowances. Ask us to separate the appointment date, parts delivery and actual workshop time. Same-day completion is not promised before those details are known.
What warranty applies to the repair?
Ask for the warranty on the specific parts and labour in your written quotation and invoice. Coverage can differ between parts suppliers and types of work. Mechanics is independent, so an independent repair warranty is separate from any XPeng manufacturer cover or service agreement.
