How much does a Ferrari service cost?
A Ferrari annual service is quoted after inspection, because the price depends on the model, mileage and what is due. Many Dubai Ferraris are still inside Ferrari's 7 year Genuine Maintenance plan. Send your model and mileage for an exact written quote.
What is Ferrari Genuine Maintenance?
It covers scheduled maintenance for the first seven years of a new Ferrari, at official dealers. Ferrari also offers Power15, which covers major mechanical and electronic parts from years 3 to 15, and a plan that extends maintenance to year 15.
How often should a Ferrari be serviced?
Ferrari schedules a service every 20,000 km or once a year. Most Dubai Ferraris cover far fewer kilometres, so the yearly service is what keeps fluids fresh and catches problems early.
Does my Ferrari have cam belts?
Older models such as the F355, 360, 456, 550 and 575 use cam belts, which are replaced by age as well as kilometres. Later models such as the F430 and 599 onwards use timing chains. A missed belt change on an older car can destroy the engine.
How long does an F430 F1 clutch last?
About 15,000 to 30,000 km, according to specialist reports, with stop start traffic wearing it fastest. Avoid creeping and holding the car on a hill with the clutch. We can read the clutch wear value with a diagnostic scan.
Why are the buttons in my Ferrari sticky?
Usually because the soft touch coating has broken down. On the 360, F430, 599 and early California cars, the soft touch coating on switches and trim breaks down with heat and turns tacky. The parts are removed, stripped and refinished, or replaced.
Is a rattle from my 488 serious?
It should be diagnosed rather than ignored. A buzzing rattle on cold starts or under boost on some 488s points to the turbo wastegates. We check it with the engine cold before recommending any repair.
Why is my California or Portofino roof stuck?
Folding roofs on these models use hydraulics. Leaks at seals and connectors lower the pressure, so the roof slows down or stops mid cycle. We find the leak before quoting any actuator.
Do you work on carbon ceramic brakes?
Yes. We inspect, measure and record carbon ceramic discs at every visit, and replace pads, sensors and fluid. New discs are quoted only when wear or damage is confirmed, as they are costly.
Will an independent service affect my Ferrari cover?
Work covered by Genuine Maintenance, the factory warranty or Power15 should go to the official Ferrari dealer, Al Tayer Motors in Dubai. For cars outside that cover, an independent workshop is a normal choice. Check your plan terms before booking work on a covered car.
Can you inspect a used Ferrari before I buy it?
Yes. We read clutch wear on paddle shift cars, review the service history and cover status, check cam belt dates on older models, the engine bay, brakes, body and interior, then send a written report with photos.
Where can I get my Ferrari repaired in Dubai outside the dealer?
Mechanics in Al Quoz is an independent Ferrari workshop for the F355, 360, F430, 458, 488, F8, California, Portofino and Roma, with flatbed collection across Dubai. You get a free inspection and a written quote first. Warranty, Genuine Maintenance and recall work stays with Al Tayer Motors, the official Ferrari dealer.
Should I use genuine or non original parts on a Ferrari?
For safety and engine parts, use genuine or proven OEM quality parts. Cheaper parts can save money at first but may fit poorly, wear faster or affect resale value. We tell you which part we are quoting and why before any work.
Which Ferrari warning signs need attention straight away?
A rising temperature gauge, a gearbox or clutch warning, a burning smell, fluid under the car, a soft brake pedal or a new knock from the engine. Stop driving and have the car checked, as small faults on a Ferrari can become costly quickly.
