A coolant repair caught early is a small job. Overheating in July traffic can turn it into a cylinder head repair.
We pressurise the cooling system with the engine cold. Small leaks that only open when hot show up before they empty the tank on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Crossover pipes, quick fit joints and the thermostat housing turn brittle with heat. A cracked fitting is cheap. An overheated engine is not.
Big Land Rovers run long refrigerant lines and, on seven seaters, a rear AC circuit. We leak test both and read pressures before quoting any part.

Land Rovers are built for the desert, but sand and heat still wear brakes, bearings and the 4x4 system.
A clunk at low speed, trouble selecting low range or a transmission warning point here. Changing the fluid every 60,000 to 80,000 km protects the chain and bearings.
At well over two tonnes, Land Rovers are hard on brakes. A pulsing pedal means uneven discs, which we measure rather than guess.
Sand rubs the rubber bags and heat dries them out. We inspect each spring for cracks and check the car holds its height overnight.
A clogged air filter costs power and fuel. We clean or replace it, and wash sand out of brakes and wheel bearings.
Modern Land Rovers have dozens of networked control modules. Random warnings often trace back to a battery, a module or software.
When voltage drops, modules log faults that are not real. Testing the battery and charging system first often saves hours of chasing ghosts.
We read every control module, not just the engine. Faults in one module often explain warnings shown by another.
