The quote should name the film manufacturer, series, color code, finish and covered panels. Ask whether cleaning, routine trim removal, fitting, final edge checks and VAT are included. Some finishes or quantities need ordering. Confirm material availability, the inspection slot and the fitting schedule separately. If a damaged panel later needs replacement film, the older wrap may have weathered differently from the new material, even when the color code matches.
