Fully electric
Brakes, tyres, suspension, cabin filtration and specified fluids still need care. There is no petrol engine to service.
BEV · no combustion-engine oil or spark plugsFREE sitting low, DREAM cabin cooling unevenly, or a service due? Mechanics helps you choose the right inspection and repair for your Voyah’s exact version, with a free initial inspection and a written quote before work starts.
Standard brake-pad planning budget AED 265–850 per axle, including 5% VAT. Parts compatibility and additional work are confirmed in your quote.

Brakes, tyres, suspension, cabin filtration and specified fluids still need care. There is no petrol engine to service.
BEV · no combustion-engine oil or spark plugsElectric-system care plus the petrol-engine maintenance due by time or mileage. Rare engine use does not remove scheduled oil and filter work.
REEV / PHEV · match the VIN and market versionThese general Dubai fitted planning ranges include routine labour and 5% VAT. They are not fixed Voyah tariffs. Compare the compatible part, included tests and payable total in your written quote.
| Work | Budget in AED | Included scope and exclusions |
|---|---|---|
| Standard brake pads | 265–850 per axle | Compatible pads on both wheels and routine fitting. Discs, sensors and caliper repairs are separate. |
| Steel discs and pads | 840–2,100 per axle | Two conventional steel discs, pads and routine fitting. Specialist parts can exceed the guide. |
| Four-wheel alignment | 157.50–315 per car | Measurement and supported adjustment. Worn parts, ride-height setup and calibration are separate. |
| Cabin filter | 105–315 per car | One compatible filter and routine fitting. Refrigerant, leak testing and compressor work are not included. |
| Engine-equipped minor service | 350–900 general reference | Oil, oil filter, routine labour and agreed checks on suitable petrol applications. Confirm the Voyah schedule; this is not a BEV package. |
| Charging, auxiliary battery or air suspension | Quote after agreed tests | Identify the fault, part, access and required setup. Traction-battery assessment is separate from a low-voltage battery replacement. |
The initial inspection is free. Specialist investigation, dismantling, software work and replacements are charged only on an agreed basis. Your quote confirms parts availability and repair-warranty terms.
Send the model and concern. We will explain the next useful check before you authorise paid work.

Check pads, discs, calipers and tyres. Regenerative braking does not replace friction-brake inspection.
Identify the fitted suspension, leaks and mechanical wear before ordering air springs, dampers, a compressor or height sensor.
Separate filtration, refrigerant leaks and electric-compressor or control faults. Correct refrigerant and compressor-oil specifications matter.
Describe the affected function and seating area. Door mechanisms, comfort electrics and drive-ready warnings need different checks.

Confirm BEV or range-extended powertrain, RWD/AWD and suspension equipment. Ride-height changes and charging concerns need different tests.
Confirm electric or plug-in hybrid specification. Include rear-cabin cooling, doors and seats in the enquiry when those functions are affected.
For PASSION, COURAGE or another imported model, share the year and original market. Diagnostic, software and parts access are checked before booking.
A VIN or port photo helps when compatibility is unclear. Manufacturer cover and regional software support can differ from a UAE-supplied car.
Tell us what happened, where it happened and whether the car enters READY mode. Specialist diagnostic coverage is confirmed for your exact vehicle.
Note whether one charger or every charger is affected. The cable, charging inlet, supply and vehicle charger are separate checks.
Low-voltage battery condition and DC-DC supply are different from traction-pack capacity. Match the actual battery specification before replacement.
Cooling checks, fault codes and battery state of health answer different questions. A scan or displayed range alone is not a measured capacity report.
Follow dashboard stop instructions. For reduced braking, smoke, unusual heat or serious underbody damage, stop safely and arrange suitable assistance. Do not use a damaged charging inlet or handle orange high-voltage cables.
Traction-pack opening, inverter repair, regional software conversion and restricted factory programming are not included in a routine inspection. Warranty claims and recalls belong with the authorised provider.
The first service point on Voyah UAE’s published chart. Check that the schedule applies to your VIN and powertrain, then follow the later time/mileage visits.
Brakes, tyres, pressures, steering, lights and wipers.
Cabin filter, specified brake fluid, coolant and drive-unit lubricant when due.
Correct oil, filters and plugs according to the engine-equipped vehicle’s schedule.
Last invoice, completed work and any new warning or software-update history.
An inspection does not include every replacement. Agree fluids, parts, diagnostic work and any reminder reset in the written service scope.
Understand what failed and whether adjustment, repair or replacement is appropriate. A fault code alone does not prove a costly assembly needs replacing.
Check the maker, VIN-matched number, new/used condition and fitting. Compare suitable alternatives only where compatibility and setup can be confirmed.
Ask for labour, VAT, testing, parts lead time and the repair warranty. Manufacturer coverage is separate; check active cover before independent repairs.
Start with the model and problem. You do not need to diagnose the car first. Mention active warranty cover and whether it is a private import.
Confirm the appointment before travelling. Ask about pickup availability, suitable transport and any charge.
Share the model, year and warning or symptom. Mileage and a photo can follow when useful.
The initial inspection is free. Paid investigation and the written repair quote require your approval.
Confirm the work completed, final checks, invoice and applicable warranty. Parts delivery and workshop time are separate estimates.
Costs, powertrains, charging and repair arrangements.
General fitted planning budgets include AED 265–850 per axle for standard brake pads and AED 840–2,100 per axle for conventional steel discs and pads, including 5% VAT. They are not fixed Voyah tariffs. The written quote confirms the compatible part, labour, testing and exclusions. Charging, air-suspension and battery-related repairs need a vehicle-specific assessment.
No. A fully electric version has no combustion engine to service. A range-extended electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid has a petrol engine as well as electric systems, so oil, engine filters and plugs may be required by its schedule. Low engine use does not remove time-based maintenance. Match the model year, powertrain and market specification first.
Use the applicable manufacturer schedule and its time or mileage limit. The chart published by Voyah UAE starts with a 5,000 km or six-month service point, then lists later visits. Confirm that chart applies to your VIN and powertrain. A warning, unsafe tyre or brake complaint needs attention before a scheduled service date.
Ask about your exact model and fault before booking specialist electrical work. Battery-pack opening, inverter repair and restricted factory programming require the appropriate safe procedures, equipment and access. A free initial inspection does not include those jobs or establish a traction-battery diagnosis. Manufacturer warranty and recall work should be discussed with Voyah’s authorised network.
Start with the model and exact warning. It helps to know whether the issue affects home AC charging, public DC charging or both, the approximate charge level and whether the car enters READY mode. Mention recent repairs, prolonged storage, impact or water exposure. Do not use a damaged cable or charging inlet.
Send the model, year and symptom first. A VIN and charging-port photo can help with parts and diagnostic compatibility. BEV, range-extended and plug-in hybrid versions can have different hardware, software access and warranty support. Confirm which work is available before arranging the visit; a connector adapter does not establish complete compatibility.
The estimate depends on the agreed work, parts availability and any setup or final testing. Ask for the parts lead time separately from workshop time. The quote and invoice should state the applicable parts-and-labour warranty and exclusions. Independent repair cover is separate from manufacturer cover; no blanket same-day or universal warranty promise is made.
