My Chinese car is under warranty. Should I come to you?
For faults covered by warranty, the agent repairs them at no cost, so go there. We check your VIN warranty status first and tell you honestly. For jobs the warranty does not cover, or once it ends, we quote in writing.
Will servicing with you affect my warranty?
It depends on your warranty terms. Many require servicing at the agent while the car is covered. Check your booklet, and we tell you if that applies before we do anything.
Can you get parts for Chinese cars?
Service parts for the main brands are usually available in the UAE. Other parts are ordered, and we confirm price and timing in writing before you approve.
Do you work on BAIC, JAC, Maxus and other makes?
Yes. Send the model and year on WhatsApp and we tell you what we can do and how quickly we can get parts.
Why does my Chinese SUV judder when pulling away?
Usually the dual clutch gearbox. Fluid, clutch adaptation or wear. We read the gearbox data before quoting.
