Who should do each Jetour job?
Jetour's long warranty is valuable, and keeping it safe matters. This sorter shows which jobs the dealer covers, which the dealer should do to protect your warranty, and which we can do for you. Flip the switch if your car is imported or past its cover.
Under warranty: engine, gearbox, drivetrain, electrical and suspension faults go to the dealer, and so does scheduled servicing. Brake pads and discs, tyres, wipers, filters, body and paint, glass, and the 12V battery after 2 years are jobs we can do. Imported or past warranty: we can do all of it.

What can cost you the 10 year warranty
Jetour advertises up to 10 years or 1 million km of cover in the UAE. It is generous, but it comes with conditions, and missing one can cost you a big claim later.
The fine print, in plain English
- Service at authorised centres. Routine maintenance must be done at a Jetour service centre to keep the warranty valid.
- No modifications. Damage caused by modifications is not covered.
- No commercial use. Taxi, delivery or rental use is excluded.
- Wear parts are yours. Brake pads and discs, clutch, tyres, wipers and filters are not covered.
- Body and glass are excluded. Accident, paint and glass damage are not warranty items.
- The 12V battery has its own shorter cover of 2 years.

What warranty does a Jetour have in the UAE?
Jetour advertises a warranty of up to 10 years or 1 million km in the UAE, with 3 years or 30,000 km of servicing included on new cars. Sources differ on exactly what the 10 years covers, so check your own booklet.
Will an independent garage void my Jetour warranty?
Routine servicing must be done at an authorised Jetour centre to keep the warranty valid. Wear parts like brakes, tyres and wipers, plus body and glass repairs, are not warranty items, and those are jobs we can do.
Are Jetour brake pads and tyres covered by warranty?
No. Brake pads and discs, clutch, tyres, wiper blades and filters are wear items and are excluded from the warranty.
How long is the Jetour 12V battery covered?
The 12V battery has its own shorter cover of 2 years. After that, we can test and replace it.

Yes. We check the dealer service stamps and warranty left, signs of modifications or commercial use, the gearbox, electrics, body, tyres and brakes, then send a report with photos.
